Why will you be present at the Finance Indaba?
“ManageIt is a centralised procurement partner. We use our unique software, Procurepro, to manage all suppliers and orders, reduce costs and secure pricing through an easy-order cloud based system. We would like to be at the Finance Indaba to showcase the strong value of our financial management benefits.”
What will you be talking about?
“Our software generates simplified financial reports and integrates into current corporate financial systems, assisting in managing accountability and process management. It doubles up as a cloud-based documentation back-up system.
“ManageIt is also a consolidated services provider, offering the opportunity to simplify companies’ payment schedules and benefit from one-stop shop with a high BEE level. We will be covering these aspects at the Indaba.”
What are the challenges you can help finance professionals/firms with in 2016?
“We can help professionals by centralising procurement, simplifying ordering, improving efficiency, reducing costs and securing pricing, sourcing and qualifying new suppliers with ease and managing BEE, contract and all other documents online.”
How can outsourcing help companies cut costs?
“Each department within a company has procurement requirements. A member of this department will have been tasked to deal with the day-to-day management of this requirement, which ultimately creates a disjointed management process. This is disruptive to the productivity, not only of the relevant department, but to the company as a whole and eventually affecting profitability.”
"Orders need to be approved and signed off by members of staff who have portfolios other than procurement. This hinders their performance, creates divided attention and could lead to a loss in profitability. This may lead to hasty and irresponsible decision making, so as to allow them to continue with their normal duties.
"ManageIt allows companies to redirect their procurement requirements away from these staff members freeing up time for their clients, reduce unnecessary stress and ultimately saving on much-needed resources."
What is the key to great customer service?
“There are a number of keys to great customer service. Communication, mutually beneficial agreements, patience, strong product support and time management all play a role. It is also important to be able to adapt to changing circumstances.”
